Jennifer has been teaching yoga for five years after successfully completing her training at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto. She has practiced for more than a decade, first to help reduce stress but also for the impact on her flexibility and strength.
The yoga community affords a safe space to be vulnerable, explore and challenge herself. She continued her studies and is also certified to teach Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Children and currently working on Yin certification.
Jennifer prides herself on living in the moment and expressing gratitude for all the little (and large) gifts that come with each day. As an educator, Jennifer cares deeply about her students and their experiences.
Jennifer is also passionate about music, food, the outdoors, DIY projects, reading and writing. She is mom to two wonderful dogs who regularly bring a smile to her face, if not an out loud laugh!
