Join Sue Herthington & Payton Williams for a gentle hug back to your soul through a 2-hour self care workshop curated specifically for those struggling to control anxiety through pranayama (yogic breathing) & your own essential oil blend.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive environment. Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious mind softens, allowing us to tune into our body wisdom to heal current stress, past wounds, and traumas.
This workshop will begin with a guided meditation to bring us together as one and help each individual find their intention of healing for this workshop. We will then find a comfortable position seated where Payton will guide us through two variations of pranayama (yogic breathing) with yoga mudras followed by a 10-15 minute yin yoga flow that will help you connect deeper to the breath work. This yin class is designed to create self confidence with each individual to practice this self care ritual at home.
We then will dive deep into the essential oil class lead by Sue, where she will share the importance of safety, where the oils come from, quality/purity & why these things matter. You will then have the pleasure of curating your own essential oil blend to take home with you.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, all welcome.
